Captain's Log, Supplemental.
After consulting with Vice Admiral Lathrop, the Chief of Starfleet Operations, USS Shutsugun has left the Alpha Lyncis System to rendezvous with USS Beverly Crusher, a McCoy-class hospital ship that has been dispatched to coordinate and organize the medical relief efforts in the wake of the catastrophic Borg attack on Ferasa. We will rendezvous with her at Spacedock and escort her back to the Alpha Lyncis System.
Given seriousness of the new Borg threat, Admiral Lathrop has asked Shutsugun to remain out of dock and augmenting patrol as often as possible until further notice.
