After an extended assignment away from dock at the behest of Chancellor L'vralus, USS Jean-Luc Picard returned to dock early this evening. We have aboard a passenger, "Commander" Milton Madison, with whom we have had contact in the past. I am recommending that he be transferred to the care of medical aboard Spacedock for psychiatric evaluation and check-up to determine the current state of his psychological disorders as documented by Dr. L'vralus and Dr. Sheffield during our original encounter with him aboard USS Enterprise.
As for the ship, she fared well during our last voyage. The ship performed well and suffered no damage during the course of our travels.
